Chain link fencing machine is a full automatic weaving machine with material of low carbon steel wire,stainless steel wire,aluminum alloy wire,PVC wire,spray wire ect.The wire end can reflex,can be spintwisted,also can reflex and then spin twist,especially the chain link fence with high strength wire & wire ends after be reflex and spin twisted,widely used to tighten the mountain slope protection.The machine and the products widely used in highway,railway and other construction projects.
1) Germany Siemens PLC control, Taiwan touch screen operation.
2) The main shaft is driven by Mitsubishi motor and equipped with precision planetary gear reducer.
3) The spiral forming device is made of alloy steel, and its life is 10 times higher than that of the same industry. After the mirror-grade polishing treatment, there is no scratch on the PVC coated wire.
4) The length of the coil can be controlled by PLC, and the machine will automatically stop and alarm when it reaches the predetermined length.
5) The main frame is made of high quality steel welded, after annealing treatment, natural aging, vibration aging, to ensure that the frame will not be deformed for life.
6) All shaft parts are made of (45# high-quality steel), after quenching, tempering treatment, to ensure that there will be no deformation and fracture for life.
7) All gears and cams are made of (40Cr) high-quality steel, which can be quenched for up to 30 years.
8) This production line is also equipped with automatic shutdown and automatic alarm device for coil failure.
9) All control systems use DC 24V, in line with the European CE safety standard.
10) All other low-voltage appliances are made of appliances from Germany.
11) The spindle forming pipe adopts asymmetric structure with patented technology to ensure smooth and efficient preparation.
12) All electromagnetic clutches are made of Taiwan's famous brand electromagnetic clutches, with a life span of 20-40 years.
13) The shear system adopts the dovetail groove sliding block structure with patent technology, which has the advantages of strong rigidity and adjustable clearance.
